Need some ideas

same_differenceRight, I have a character concept (see two entries ago) which I want to play and I have time to book the gathering while it's still at its least expensive price. Now I just need two things: 1)a name, 2)a costume design.
Costume wise, I want it to be clear that he's a) forgetful, b) colour blind so he can't distinguish between reds and greens (I'll probably have him assume that most red things are green). So my costume is going to have some odd mix of red and green, and show signs that he forgot what he was doing part way through. I just need some ideas. So take this one off opportunity to dress me up stupidly and please make some suggestions.
