It was a good session. This was longer than I expected I'll put it behind cuttags:

The episode starts with the four of us standing in the General's office aboard a massive military HQ ship, being debriefed. Well I say being debriefed. The general isn't happy, we have failed all our objectives and he intends to disband us. We are dismissed and as we leave the room Ailsa's Bishi Hyashi turns to us, with fire in her eyes and says:

'If you've cost me my life I'll kill you all'

Before storming off to angst in her room.

Gin Peng wanders back to his quarters followed by Rio and Hitomi, and proceeds to tart searching through anime for possibilities that could be this fourth dimension the rebels had mentioned. Rio decides to take over and searches the military files, but the panel isn't connected to the main computer so she can't attempt to access the important files. Faced with the possibility of being sent back to prison, Rio begins to consider escaping and joining the rebels. Initial plans are discussed about hacking the central computer core until Hitomi mentions that the room is almost certainly bugged.

Rio feelings of stupidity are interrupted by the smell of cigarette smoke and a figure standing out side the room. He is dressed in a trench coat and is the most real looking person we have ever seen. Every strand hair defined, stubble, pocks and marks in his skin and the grubbiest trench coat we have seen. He introduces himself as John Constantine. He then proceeds to inform us that our side has lied to us, and the rebels have merely withheld information. He tells us that we are in fact the rebels heroes, the only ones who can tip the balance, and right now we're f*cking up.

He makes us the following offer, work out want we want to achieve in life, and let him know. He'll either let us, or kill us depending on our decisions. He then louches off down the corridor.

Left stunned we wander over to Hyashi's quarters and inform her of what has happened. Lets just say she's not happy to see us. A fact clearly portrayed by her the deep black aura of angst surrounding her. While chatting to her she gets an incoming message, from the General's secretary, to gather her team and to present to them the following choice; be judged by a military tribunal or put our fate directly in the General's hands. Faced with the choice of a kangaroo court or letting the general do what he likes with us, we begin to consider escape plans. Trying to work but the best way to get to Hitomi's mecha and get out. Again our conversation is interrupted by the sight of the General's Secretary asking if we had made our decision, Hyashi claims technical difficulties and attempts to turn off the panel, but it doesn't work, not that it matters as Gin Peng casually smashes it with a fist.

All previous disagreements aside we decide to try and escape, after a short delay where Gin Peng flattens a metal table leg in to an adhoc repair for Hyashi sword, still unrepaired since the blade was sheared off by the Gyver (sp?). We make a run for the mecha storage/shuttle bays, under an illusion of being soldiers, produced by Rio, we make our way through the ship to the shuttle bays. As we round the corner, there waiting for us in front of the hanger door, is none other than my rival, Shizo Kuma (sp? means polar bear in Japanese).

Gin Peng powers up, glowing with rage at his rivals taunts and charges down the corridor aiming to land a flying knee into his rival's stomach and sending him through the foot thick metal door. The rival catches Gin Peng's knee in mid air, making Gin Peng realise how much stronger he is now than before, before spinning around and pile driving him into the floor. Gin Peng unsuccessfully attempts to catch himself with his arms, failing to move their combined centre of gravity and send his rival flying, and can do nothing as his head is pushed through the metal plating, wiring and piping of the floor. Hearing the sound of Gin Peng's heading been rammed through metal, Rio and Hitomi open fire, while Hyashi attacks with her sword all connecting as the rival makes no effort to defend himself. With Gin Peng stunned in the floor the rival releases his grip and launches a wave of electricity down the corridor, which ripples through Hitomi and Hyashi incapacitating them. The rival taunts Gin Peng at his lack of honour at having others fight for him, then with a roar of 'LEAVE HIM TO ME!!' Gin Peng launches himself up, catching both feet under the rivals chin, and rams the rival's head deep into the ceiling before landing in a fighting stance ready to continue.

Hyashi and Hitomi recover, and see the limp form of the rival dangling from the ceiling, Gin Peng stands in fighting stance not moving his eyes from the rival, and while Hyashi watches the rear, Rio hacks the airlock door opening it up into the hanger. We move in and as Hitomi's mecha is firmly clamped in place Rio and Hitomi head towards the shuttle bay control room. The group doesn't get far before the rival wakes up and pushes himself out of the ceiling, landing in perfect fighting stance. He looks hurt, but nothing can match the sight as part of his face has torn off allowing all to see the metal skull beneath, the human eyeball looking out of place in its metal socket. He utters the phrase 'that hurt' accompanied by the sizzle of shorting electricity; Gin Peng's mind screams, revulsed by the apparition ahead of him, horrified by the merging of metal and flesh, the idea of modifying your own body, the very thing a martial artist hones and respects above all else, and as true fear takes hold of him he loses all focus and begins to rip up and throw 6ft metal floor panels at the thing in front of him, desperate to rid himself of the abomination.

As Hitomi's shots bounce off an energy field in front of the cyborg she and Rio head towards the control room, and Hyashi proceeds to engage it, while Gin Peng continues to back away throwing floor panels at it, that rebound randomly off his shielding. The girls speed increases as a ship lands and a group of information core soldiers, led by an information officer (I.O.). The I.O. orders Kuma to stand down and casually deflects a random floor tile flung by Gin Peng. Hitomi and Rio are informed by one of the men in the control tower that they are supposed to report to the I.O., while debating their options, the I.O. orders Kuma back to his quarters. As the rival walks away Gin Peng bolts running across the hanger, through the control tower, and into the corridors of the ship bundling through anyone who gets in his way. Hyashi makes to escape also before a command from the I.O. brings her automatically to attention. As ordered he informs the I.O. what had happened with the general, who responds by saying that he wants to have a word with him.

The three people in the hanger, join back up and head with the I.O. to the General's office. Gin Peng is met by two guards, who look a lot more relieved, and try and hide their tranc. guns as his calming silently follows them, except for the occasional fist in the wall as his passes and smashes various control panels. The General is informed of the I.O.'s displeasure of his actions and the party are told the following. First that they completely failed to achieve any objectives, two that they will be sent to see the effects of the rebel attacks first hand to undo any 'damage' that might have been done to them by their time with the rebels, three in general that they will be kept away from more military missions, four that the I.O. prefers us as loose cannons and five that this whole war is a stalemate without us, that we are the only ones capable of tipping the balance.

We rest, and the next day head on to our new ship to depart for a new planet. Gin Peng continues to remain absolutely silent, Hyashi is having the worst period of his life, having only barely retained his military career (the only life he has ever known), Rio's quite happy seeing as she prefers to be a loose cannon and isn't going back to jail, and Hitomi, well she was completely oblivious to the fact the military could have commandeered her mecha so is feeling quite happy too.

The episode ends with a scene with the I.O. in his quarters, sitting their glowing with energy and he says:

'After all I don't want to destroy all the good qualities of humanity, I want to enslave them'.
