I'm aware most people I know who did play have stopped playing or ar least taken indefinite holidays for the game, and to the rest this will be meaningless:

I'm the Prophet for the Merciful One.

I'm still playing becuase they're were things I wanted to achieve considering the time I spent playing the game. I became prophet because I had an idea, and an opportunity opened up with Pequod retiring from the game. Whether or not I'll be prophet on friday remains to be seen.
