New Computer
Oct. 16th, 2004 02:26 pmWell the box/tower thing bit of it anyway.
Went into computer village yesterday asked for what I wanted roughly, found at the price was pretty much the maximum I wanted to pay for the specs I'd wanted and paid money. I like it when shopping is simple.
Anyway I will on Thursday be the owner of:
AMD 3000+ processor
1Gb Ram
160 GB HDD
256 Mb Graphics card
CD writer/thing/other thing
And free speakers.
For a total of £575, with a 256Mb USB Pen it came to £599.*
I'm aware I might have been able to convince friends of mine to build me a similar spec PC for cheaper, but then again I get a warranty that covers parts for the 1 year, and labour for 3 years.
*The pen normally costs £45.
