New Glasses
Jun. 9th, 2004 09:00 pmYes I went glasses hunting today, as well as other things, to find replacements for my much abused (mostly due to larping) current pair. Though I'll still use the old ones for larping.
After going into several opticians and trying on countless pairs, I have some that I think suite me. I'm also getting a pair of prescription sunglasses for driving etc.
Total cost: £310, eep.
Glasses: £250
Frames: £160 (normally £205)
Lenses: £90 (£60 + £30 for scratch resistance and anti-glare coating)
Sunglasses: £60 (£120 halved as buying second pair)
Frames: £40
Lenses: £80
Eep, eep, eep.
