Work has gone well so far, I'm automating a fairly laborious load testing process at the moment and should we achieve enough to convince them to keep us on we might be able to get away with doing it largely in Bath. I will of course believe that when I see it.
Scripting wise I got to pretty much choose the approach; so I'm writing it in Python. Largely because it an excuse to actually learn how to use it, having not touched it in years, which makes me happy.
