Stupid Viruses

Gah I hate being ill and I know I'm ill. (Warning unpleasant details follow)
Handily enough my body has a couple of built in, really obvious, illness indicators. The one thats been around since I was ikle has to do with the colouration of my cheeks; there's one pattern for well, and a second distinct pattern for ill.
Whats annoying me is the other indication I'm ill. It started when I had whooping cough a year and a half ago. Now whenever I get ill lots of small very annoying spots break out over my forehead, nose and around my mouth. There always just the right shape to get got when shaving and they sting all the time.
As far as my medically competent Dad has explained it, since having whooping cough my immune system has gone into overdrive and viciously beats any virus that gets in. This wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't trying to beat the viruses out through my skin.
Right now I'm still suffering from this stupid background virus thing that just won't go away. Its definitely the cause of the back-pain I had, which has thankfully gone back to mild background pain, as well as all the tendon and muscle problems I've had for the last two months.
It has been suggested that I would benefit from going to bed earlier. But I find it so hard to have everything I want done by 10pm at night so I can try to be asleep at 10:30.
Tonight I shall try harder.
