same_differenceSo I've had an offer of £180,000 accepted on the house in Combe Down.
Yay!
They'll take it off the market once I have a mortgage organised and a survey arranged. So no completely sorted yet, but... but... I'm buying a house!
So if all goes vaguely as intended, I hope to complete early next year, and then get the immediate jobs (driveway widening, install gas central healing and clean and decorate) done by about July. At which point I'd be looking to rent out a room to a lodger. So if you anyone who might be interested, let me know.
