I'm making a note here:

HUGE SUCCESS

So I've success run my first 36 hour larp, The Labyrinth. It appears everyone has had fun, and while it wasn't perfect the problems were both generally minor and surmountable.

The party didn't experience as much as I intended, but they got all the important bits. Also I got to run Knightmare in larp form.

I've come off this weekend on a real high, I may not have done much actual larping on the weekend, but the 11,000+ worth of non stat related planning was definitely worth the effort.

Thanks for putting the game description up, is very interesting to see what we could have done, and it was a good way to make the game non-linier.
