You never know what is going to happen next in life. I've nearly lost my mum three times (once when I was 4, once when I was 12, and once when I was 20), all three to the same thing. Enjoy the present, enjoy the now. That's the way I now look at things. Bad things happen. Enjoy the nice things while they last so that you have good memories to look back on.
