Compulsive Washing of Hands

Is something that I do, compulsively particularly around food and it's prepreration. I don't consider this a bad thing, especially when it comes to food. However I do monitor it, and try and stop myself from doing it too much in case it becomes problematic, especially as a few in my family have obsessive compulsive behaviour.

Anyway enough random points from my head for now. Will do the much undone update soon...
