Ok so maybe T-mobile aren't that evil

I don't believe T-mobile customer services just called me. I now have my PAC code.

I sent them another email on Saturday basically along the lines of: 'I would like a PAC code please, and I would really hate to have to buy credit on the phone I'm getting rid of just to transfer my number to a new network.'

I have to say that was the last thing I expected considering my problems getting through to customer services and their general reputation. They've certainly raised my estimation of them a little but I'm still glad I'm stopping using them.
