An example

Now I have on occasion noted my younger brother's particular style of passing on information, mostly that it is normally provided with out context, warning and occasionally all the details. He has become a fairly prolific writer in the last few years* and so it's not like he isn't capable of being verbose.
Still this afternoon I got a phonecall:
Me: "Hi"
Him: "Tell [our sister] I'll be at there in 10 minutes!"
Me: "Huh"
Him: "Tell [our sister] I'll be at the station in 10 minutes!"
Me: "Why are you telling me this?"
Him: "Because everyone elses phone is off"
Me "Right"
So I texted my sister and it all seemed to work out fine.
*I have not introduced him to concept of Nanowrimo because well he shouldn't have any more distractions from his degree. That and I can guess he won't see writing 50,000 words in a month as being a challenge.
