Final Year Project Done
May. 18th, 2005 12:00 amI handed it in yesterday, but couldn't post as my arms were getting me back for nearly 40 hours of typing.
I got in on the wire, with all of 2 minutes to spare but I got it in. Also got in an essay on logic, and a piece of maths coursework at the same time. It's not as good as I had hoped it would be, as I just didn't get some of the fundamental things to work. I kept trying right up to the last week, when I had to start the write up. Thankfully that was enough time, but only just. That includes only sleeping from 5 am till 9 am for most of the last week, and not sleeping at all on Sunday.
I'm feeling fine today, but then again I did wake up at 5:15pm, and that was only because my sister called. 17 hours of continuous sleep, that might even be a record for me.
To be honest I don't care how I've done, I'm just glad that it's over. It's been stressful and problematic from the beginning, and after 7 months I've had enough. I suppose I hope it was less of a disaster to what I compared it to (see half way done on this entry.
And tomorrow I get to have a haircut, because I have the time (I would have had one today but I slept through most of it).
Still got one piece of coursework left to do, but it's only the write up so I should get it done easily tomorrow.
