I have an amazing girlfriend
Jul. 29th, 2004 01:14 pmI meant to post this sooner but didn't get a chance. P got her exam results recently and got:
Computation II 100%
Java II 82%
Software Eng II 80%
C 88%
Giving her a year average of 88.9%. She really works hard and deserves the results she gets. I can only hope I can work as hard as she has for my final year.
She really deserves the results, especially considering it was Java II that had a lecturer that kept changing the coursework after she set it, normally waiting a week before doing so, just in time to P to have finished it, only to have to redo it. Then there was also all the mess that was caused by the lecturer strikes as well this year.
Currently P is in Switzerland, she flew over yesterday, and I'll be going to join her on the 17th of August. I wish I could see her sooner than that. At least I'll be able to call, text and email her for most of the time, except for the 10 days she's in Germany on a family holiday (they leave this Saturday). Due to a lack of socket converter for her mobile phone charger at best I'll be able to get a text to her once a day, but theres a chance I won't be able to get in contact with her at all while she's in Germany *sigh*.
Oh well, I'll survive. I'm already four days closer to seeing her again as it is.
