Well that works

That holiday has worked really well. I've woken up early, and got out of bed early as well for the last two days, and I'm not feeling overly tired.

Ok so maybe T-mobile aren't that evil

I don't believe T-mobile customer services just called me. I now have my PAC code.

I sent them another email on Saturday basically along the lines of: 'I would like a PAC code please, and I would really hate to have to buy credit on the phone I'm getting rid of just to transfer my number to a new network.'

I have to say that was the last thing I expected considering my problems getting through to customer services and their general reputation. They've certainly raised my estimation of them a little but I'm still glad I'm stopping using them.
