same_differencePending the valuation for mortgage purposes I have one. It should be ok as the survey we had didn't throw up any surprises, and I'm am getting the house for a very good price so I can't see them valuing it for even less.
It won't be taken off the market until I have the full mortgage offer*, and there's no security till an exchange happens so it's kinda tense, but hopefully things will work out.
Not that I find it entirely easy to believe it's happening, though the growing mountain of paperworks helps.
*Unlike on the initial offer that was accepted, when they took it off the market while they were aware I wasn't even sure if it was affordable (depending on payrise)
