House buying

So put my first offer in for a house. Sort as a test the waters before they decide to re-let it and sell it with tenant offer, but an offer all the same. It feels like an odd thing to do. Let's see what happens, well until I disappear off on holiday.

EDIT: Already rented, ah well, next time Gadget.
