Post-Ironman

It's late so I'll make this brief and write something more detailed soon.

Ironman is very good. It is certainly the best Marvel film I have seen, as far as comic book films go it's easily on par with Batman Begins, possibly better; as far as films in general go I highly recommend it. If you feel like seeing a film in the cinema, with good acting, direction, pacing, with some humour and a fair few explosions I recommend you see Ironman.

I saw it yesterday as well. I wouldn't say it was better or quite on par with batman begins. I did have a fanboy-gasm when I saw half the trailers to the movies out in the summer. It's annoying all the way through I was thinking "That's not actually possible, those would be anti-material bullets" or some such.

But I did really enjoy it!

The reason I might say it was better than Batman Begins which is another film I really like (can't wait till the sequel), is that Batman Begins had some annoyingly too close filming during the fight scenes, where as nothing about Ironman really irritated me.

Close filming? How do you mean?

Well then, guess I'll have to trundle on down after all. My flist is full of "Ironman = best film ever" posts.

Amen, brutha. You speak true. Iron Man is a contender for my favourite film ever right now.
