Help me make Aurinyan shop work please!

So I'm trying to make Aurinyan's shop work under the new rules. At the moment I'm only interested in selling potions, items and scrolls. As of the yearish I've had the IC shop it hasn't sold anything, partly because people don't seem to be willing to pay much at all for one shots, even with Aurinyan's tax evasion using low prices (compared to the NPC costs for example).

Here's some lists to demonstrate my problem, basically it's cost vs time:

Potions up to and including level 1 take roughly 2x as long, and from level 2 to 4 take roughly 3x as long.
Scrolls up to and including level 1 take roughly 3x as long, and from level 2 to 4 take roughly 4x as long.
Potions components are cheaper than one shot components, except for level 0 potions.
Scroll components are cheaper than one shot components, except for level 0 and 1 scrolls.
However assuming you get them back one shot components can be reused, where as potion and scroll components disappear with use.

So I could make a Potion of Invisibility at a base cost of 9 Florins and 47 days of work or 17 days at a cost of 3 groats. The same as a one shot would cost either 1 Groat and 20 days, or 15 Groats and 10 days.

You might also consider that no one knew about the shop... I certainly didn't. But then, I never know about anything, so that might not mean anything ;)

Do you understand what it is that charged tems do? They seem to cost as much as 1-shots, but I think you can recharge them in minimual time, so all you'd have to do is offer a minor refund for 'empties' and then recharge and resell them.

Incidently, biscuit will want invisiblity items once the current IC insanity is over
