see if Blur et al gave you 'dex', not stacking wouldn't be so jarring as we accept that the same type of protection shouldn't stack. I could even offer the IC justification that the bluring makes it just as likely that you're dodging into the place where they think you are.
Dex is still described as giving 1 power 1. That old rule still makes people cry, so it will never get updated. :)
