My leg hurts
Well my calf and not so much now, but it did a lot on Tuesday evening. It felt like a cramp, but it was still there when I woke up the next day. Checking with my Dad, who is my first port of call in case of health issues, I've either torn some fine muscle tissue deep in the leg, or burst a minor blood vessel. Whichever one it is I managed to do it walking home from work (just walking as normal, didn't even stumble slightly) and it will take a while to heal, a couple of weeks minimum.
It's not too uncomfortable now, but I don't think I can risk larping on it. Oh yes especially because it's really tender and hurts a lot if even a slight force is applied to it.
