Costs paid

Night driving in thick fog, on unlit A roads, motorways with everyone doing 70, and windy (not straight) roads with no cars in front to take the lead (instead I was leading), is really scary and unnerving. That has left me feeling fairly freaked out. Still I got home safely and I'm unwinding now.

Plus it meant I got to see xanthipe and with a good preplanning that meant I was there to cheer her up. Definitely worth having to drive back afterwards.
