My Dad

My Dad is trying to get our house connected to the main sewers, rather than to a septic into the field behind us, as it is now.

He got quotes of about £18-30k, he's getting it done for £895. Says it all about my Dad's negotiation skills really. It's almost rare he doesn't get an extra discount.
