T-Mobile are pure evil

So I phone from a land line to find, that I can't even access there full automated service unless I ring from my mobile. I might still be able to talk to someone but we'll have to see if it'll actually be useful. Currently there is a 10 minute wait to talk to someone so I'll try again later.

I'm hoping I can talk to some one off a land line as I have no credit on my mobile and have no intention of putting money on my phone just so I can transfer my number to a new company. Unless I really have to of course.
