The Machine of Death a collection of short stories that grew out of a Dinosaur Webcomic some years ago is now available as a free pdf online.
I'm going to buy this, though it's currently only available from the US. So read it, and if you fancy owning a copy let me know and I'll see if doing a bulk order is any cheaper on delivery costs.
